The Norwegian Reward program is being overhauled, introducing new incentives. Many benefits are introduced during the spring for people who fly the most. Norwegian Reward is the company's award-winning loyalty program. Norwegian Reward is being relaunched with the same goal: to provide Norwegian travelers with a cheaper and even better flight. Earning CashPoints and receiving perks are central to the program. The more frequently Reward members fly with Norwegian, the more benefits they will receive. People who fly frequently will have even more options in the future.
With every eighth flight taken in 12 months, including stopovers, rewards members will receive a new bonus. The first benefit is usually getting 2% more CashPoints on all Norwegian tickets. After that, they can choose any other benefits they want. Members can now choose free carry-on luggage in the luggage rack as the next advantage, including free checked baggage, seat reservation, Fast Track, and an additional 2% CashPoint earning.
Our members have stated that one of the most important benefits of the Rewards program is the ability to choose their own incentives. "We are now adding free hand luggage, a long-awaited perk, in addition to even greater choice when it comes to choosing benefits," says Norwegian Marketing Director Christoffer Sundby.
Norwegian will also provide many bonuses for frequent flyers during the spring. Passengers who fly more than 32 flights per year receive all the benefits of the Rewards program and some brand-new, exclusive incentives that will become accessible in spring 2023. They include free coffee and tea on flights with service, priority boarding, CashPoints with no expiration date, and priority customer support.
Norway is becoming increasingly popular with business travelers. We have a customer group that we know likes our punctuality and consistency. As a result, we are now offering specialized perks to those who fly with us the most. Our goal is to provide comfortable, seamless, and efficient travel with a little something extra. Sundby says that the new perks will be available in the spring.
Members can still get CashPoints when they use their Norwegian credit card, fly with Norwegian, or shop with Norwegian Rewards partners. The quantity of CashPoints gained on flights varies according to the ticket type.
CashPoints can be used to pay for aircraft tickets (in full or in part), checked baggage, seat reservations, and pre-ordered meals, among other things. For customers willing to use their earned CashPoints, there are no restrictions on the number of available seats per flight. This is at the heart of the Norwegian Reward Program's popularity, and it has been crowned Europe's most excellent loyalty program on multiple occasions. The Norwegian Reward modifications will take effect on March 28, 2023. Additional information regarding the perks for frequent travelers will be available in the spring. @via Norwegian.
