Alfa Romeo Certified marks the start of a new era for high-end used cars

Alfa Romeo Certified

The international "Alfa Romeo Certified" project was made to make buying a used Alfa Romeo car more like buying a new car by making it a unique brand experience. This new and exclusive program, which started in Italy and will soon be available in other European countries, will let all Alfa Romeo fans confidently pick a used car that has been checked and approved directly by the Italian brand.

It's another example of how vital customer satisfaction is to Alfa Romeo, which gives its customers immersive experiences everywhere they interact with the brand. This happens mostly at its dealerships, where fans of the brand can check out new models and cars that are a few years old. The brand's move into a new era of connectivity and electrification isn't just about products and technology; it's also meant to give customers a more personalized and high-end shopping experience as a whole.

"Alfa Romeo Certified" second-hand cars are carefully inspected at more than 120 issues by technicians trained by Alfa Romeo (from bodywork to electronics, safety equipment, and mechanics). Also, if needed, official Alfa Romeo spare parts are used to ensure the car is always in good shape and works well. "Alfa Romeo Certified" lets the brand offer a better guarantee than other high-end brands: up to 24 months from the date the car is picked up, with no mileage limit and no deductible. The contract is good across the brand's authorized network and covers the manufacturer's labor and spare parts costs. If the used car is sold before the warranty runs out, it can also be given to the new owner. This includes roadside assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all over Europe, and many other customized services and financial solutions. "Satisfied or Refunded," for example, lets the customer return the car they bought within ten days and 1,000 km, and there are no maintenance costs for the first year or up to 15,000 km.

Alfa Romeo Certified

Alfa Romeo's completely redesigned digital platform makes the customer experience even better. It gives customers a 360-degree view of the cars they can buy and shows them which dealerships to contact. Then, they can go to the car gallery and look closely at the Alfa Romeo of their dreams. At the dealerships, they will find designated areas and staff, and they will be able to take test drives without feeling like they have to buy.

Alfa Romeo Certified is another step forward for the brand in developing its ecosystem of services, the goal of which is to create a premium and innovative customer journey, from online purchases to NFT (Non-Fungible-Token) certification on Blockchain. This technology is entirely new to the automotive world. In fact, Alfa Romeo is the first company to link an NFT digital certificate to a car like Alfa Romeo Tonale. A unique off-board feature that can be used immediately and will last shows how innovative the brand is. Detail-wise, based on what the customer chooses, the NFT makes a certification that guarantees the car's identity and reasonable maintenance, which helps keep its value.

"Alfa Romeo moves forward significantly. Alfa Romeo Certified, an exclusive certification program for the world of used cars, now improves the customer experience that Alfa Romeo gives its customers. We will make our offers clear and easy to understand through an exclusive digital channel that we will create on the spot. This will also help us protect the value of our cars after they are sold. Alfa Romeo Certified will be the safest method to purchase an Alfa Romeo and join the Tribe." @Raffaele Russo.
